ELIGIBILITY & ENROLLMENT Rainbow accepts children who are between the ages of two and a half and six years old - toilet trained and able to feed themselves is ideal. After completing the paperwork and paying the application fee, parents are notified of an enrollment opening and can arrange a starting date. We enroll throughout the year. If applicable, spaces on our waitlist open on a first-come basis. |
